Nice and cozy house located near the village of Ca'n Picafort. Farm Ca'n Colau has 4 double bedrooms and a capacity for 8 people.

On the ground floor you will find a living room, two double bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. On the upper floor are other two bedrooms and a bathroom.

On the outside of the House you can enjoy spacious terraces covered, a beautiful private pool of 10 x 5 m, an annexed dependency with barbecue and other furnishings from outside as table, chairs and sun loungers. . . 

SITUATION

Finca Ca 'n Colau is located about 6 km from the coast and from the coastal town of Ca' n Picafort, where you will find everything you could possibly need for your vacation as supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, etc. 

A few kilometers some, beaches like Son Bauló, Ca'n Picafort or Na Patana.

PRICE

April, may, september and october: 2.100 eur/week and 300 eur/day
June, july and august: 2.450 eur/week and 350 eur/day
Rest of the year: 1.680 eur/week and 240 eur/day

Extra single surcharge: 100 eur
Minimum stay one week

All prices are subject to the "Ecotasa" valid from 1 July 2016. This is 2.20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night. Tourist tax (Ecotasa) payable upon arrival at the house.
