SITUATION

Ordines I is located in the beautiful port of Portocolom, where you will find everything you may need to enjoy your holidays such as restaurants by the sea, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, etc.

In front of the house there is a square where every Saturday there is a market with fresh fruits and vegetables. The village bakery is also in the same square.

From the house you can access in a few minutes two beautiful beaches of the east of the island such as Cala Marçal and S'Arenal.

For golf lovers, the Vall d'Or golf course is only 3 km away.

PRICES

April, may, october: 742 eur/week or 106 eur / day.
June and September: 945 eur/week or 135 eur/day.
August: 1.400 eur/week or 200 eur/day.

Additional single extra charge: 70 eur

Minimum stay April, may, october: 3 nigths
Minimum stay June and September: 4 nigths

All prices are subject to the "Ecotasa" valid from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night. Tourist tax (Ecotasa) payable upon arrival at the house.
